Dr. Rhonda Dula’s professional experience includes the first, U.S. Department of Homeland Security – U.S. Diplomat; In 2003 U.S.  Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Pacific Western Regional, Office of Field Operations – (OFO) and Office of International Affairs – (OIA), established Dr. Dula’s:   L. I. F. E. – LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE FOUNDATION ETHICS, training programs for their domestic and international field operations for the Pacific Western Regional locations, and is still currently being utilized today in all training operations for the Bureau of U.S. Customs & Border Protection – (CBP) 

She began her career in military service of honorable service, serving in (NATO) – North Atlantic Treaty Organization – United Kingdom, Spain, Italy as well as Southeast Asia and went on to serve in the United States Customs Service, Department of Treasury as a federal law enforcement officer.  She is a founding President of CAN – Children’s Angel Network and is a lifetime founding member of Blacks in Government http://www.bignet.org; She now mentors others in leadership development and people management skills, she continues her efforts in behalf of CAN, helping to save others in Human Trafficking.
